BRIEF CONCEPTUAL DESCRIPTION:

The project proposes the construction of a new community based on a precise understanding of the site, where architecture is not imposed but rather organized in dialogue with the topography, waterways, and natural structure of the landscape.

In this first stage, the work focuses on a thorough site analysis, defining the structural layout, and the initial implementation of the master plan, laying the groundwork for a progressive development that will unfold over the years.

Conceived as a long-term project, the complex is organized through a system of concentric rings that place the spiritual heart of the community at their center, establishing a clear hierarchy between the collective, the everyday, and the residential.

The proposal actively integrates existing water systems, transforming them into linear parks and green spaces that guide growth, while the implementation of the first units and access points follows a gradual logic of territorial consolidation.
More than a finished urban complex, the project is conceived as an ongoing process, where each stage strengthens the relationship between community, landscape, and infrastructure, defining a new way of living from its inception.
