The interior spaces are organized in an open and fluid manner, creating simultaneous connections between the urban frontage and the expansion area towards the lagoon, where light, views, and cross-ventilation define the living experience.

The swimming pool, conceived as an extension of the surroundings, incorporates an infinity edge that blurs its boundaries and reinforces the visual continuity with the water, consolidating an architecture that does not impose itself, but rather integrates.
