BRIEF CONCEPTUAL DESCRIPTION:

The project is conceived as part of a housing complex situated facing an artificial lagoon, where the architecture integrates with an environment designed to recreate a living experience associated with the landscape and water.

From a volume contained towards the exterior, the design safeguards privacy and defines a solid presence, while towards the interior it opens completely, linking the spaces with the immediate surroundings and the exterior areas.

The relationship with the lagoon and the treatment of the intermediate spaces consolidate a housing logic oriented towards rest and lingering, reinterpreting a contemporary language within a paradisiacal living concept.
