ALEJANDRO SALAZAR - CEO An architect graduated from the National University of Asunción, he leads the development and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, focusing on strategy, conceptualization, and client experience. He has training in climate architecture and construction systems, integrating design and construction with a technical and commercial vision geared toward tangible results. ARQ. DIEGO TANASIO - COO Graduated from the National University of Asunción. Years of experience in construction. His approach focuses on contemporary architecture that integrates design, technique, and context, with a vision for transforming the urban environment. He has been recognized in various design competitions and develops proposals based on the conscious use of local materials and the creation of spaces with identity, efficiency, and character. ARQ. Araceli Bogado - Design Director. Architect graduated from the National University of Asunción, with a focus on project development, technical management, and training in landscape design, cost control, construction management, and lighting design. She has experience in modeling, project coordination, and interior design. ARQ. Carolina Cardozo - Site Project Architect. Architect graduated from the National University of La Plata, with experience in residence and construction management in Argentina and Paraguay, participation in project development, interior design and execution control. ARQ. Carlos Gonzales - B.I.M. Manager. An architect graduated from the American University, specializing in technical development and project management, with construction experience in Paraguay and Argentina. He leads the BIM area, integrating modeling, coordination, and construction planning. Bob Hermans - International Relations Manager. Born and raised in Belgium, he has led motorsport and business teams internationally, building a track record as a team manager based on experience, adaptability, and results. He currently serves as International Relations Manager, contributing a global perspective developed from his experience and network of contacts in Europe, Asia, and South America.
